To ensure comfort and health of all our guests and team members, all operating procedures throughout Bayview have been reviewed and reworked with our Safeguarding Policy, to ensure a luxurious service experience whilst adhering to social distancing and increased hygiene measures.

We’re Good to Go

We’re pleased to announce that we have met the Covid-19 industry standard We’re Good to Go. This industry standard is in partnership with the National Tourism Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and recognises we are following government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing measures.

Safeguarding You Policy

Our Safeguarding You Policy is in place to provide you with just that. To ensure comfort and health of all our guests and team members, all operating procedures throughout they Hotel have been reviewed and reworked, to ensure a luxurious service experience while adhering to social distancing and increased hygiene measures. Below are some of the many steps we have taken:-

Arrival

• One way system in operation. Only ENTRY from the car park and EXIT via the front entrance to ensure that Track & Trace in completed by all visitors to the Hotel
• Hand Sanitising stations will be located at the main entrance and throughout our properties.
• Check in procedures adjusted to ensure minimal time is spent at the Front Desk.
• Appropriate social distancing rules are maintained throughout our properties.
• Guest lifts will be available to use for a maximum of two people or one family group at any one time.

Hotel Bedrooms & Public Area Cleanliness

• Housekeeping procedures have been reviewed, introducing a new cleaning standards and Hygiene practices.
• There will be a visible increase in the frequency of our cleaning cycle including regular disinfection measures at all “touch points” along the guest’s journey.
• For added peace of mind, considerable investment has taken place, with the introduction of OZO SANATISED air purification and Ozone Sterilisation units the restaurant and bar area as well as portable OZO SANATISED air purification and Ozone Sterilisation units used in each bedroom after each guest.

Bar

• All guests must be seated to consume alcohol and or food.
• Contactless payments will be encouraged where possible.
• Sanitising stations available at entry and exit points & pay points.
• Tables & chairs sanitised before allowing anyone to be seated.
• Touch points sanitised regularly – door handles, tables, chairs, railings, pay points etc

Restaurant

• Reservations advisable to help control numbers to maintain social distancing.
• Tables & chairs sanitised before allowing anyone to be seated.
• Awareness signage throughout the bar area to maintain social distancing.
• Touch points sanitised regularly – door handles, tables, chairs, railings, pay points etc
• Contactless payments will be encouraged.

Checkout/Departure

• Contactless payments will be encouraged and final invoices will be emailed directly to guests.

Our Team

• We have invested in all relevant PPE Equipment required.
• Lateral Flow Tests are available to all staff members.
• At all times, our staff will be protected and available to ensure you are safe and comfortable during their stay with us.

We will continue to monitor and update our Safeguarding You Policy in line with renewed Government Guidance and best practice throughout our Industry.
